Charles F. McAfee, FAIA
During my tenure at Charles F. McAfee, FAIA, several logos were in use. For example, the original Wichita, Kansas office had been using the same logo since the 1960's, while the Dallas office used different logos in each of their production and marketing departments. Talk of a new logo began in 2003, and the above was designed with two point perspective and negative space, speaking to those crafts of which architects are masters. Unfortunately, the firm was renamed to McAfee3 to better reflect the separate offices in Wichita, Atlanta and Dallas.
This logo empasizes the geometric forms of the company's intitials and credentials.
This logo recalls CFM's original logo, similar to a circular architect's stamp; just with a spherical geometry.
